Marine and Civil Works including 70,000 m3 golf course irrigation lake, 1.2 km of beach replacement, 45,000 m3 Marina excavation, supply of 6,000 tonnes of feature boulders, 18 km of resort roading, 2,000 m of stormwater culverts and 50,000 m3 of excavation and fill for open grass areas.
